ABOUT SAM

"I am happily devoted to my life's work in the pursuit of assisting others become their personal best. I do not claim to know it all , for I am welcome, eager, and excited to discover new knowledge and concepts. My background has led me to pursue a career in the health industry, I like to call myself sort of a "health crusader." It may sound silly to some, but when all is said and done...your health, whether it be of the mind, body, or spirit is all we have. My passion is to help others live their life to the fullest...in the best shape they can possibly be...inside & out.

My theories on fitness are scientifically proven time and time again. The physical body is affected by our mental state. Physiological changes in the body can occur from a thought, sight, or even smell. Something this profound should not be overlooked. To correlate this concept, is key to the success in your physical being as well is overall life.

I hope that I can do my part as others have helped me improve the quality of my life and enjoy it to the fullest. I feel blessed and hope to be able to share what I have learned with you. As I learn and continue my personal journey, I hope we can live it up to the fullest together."
