Private training sessions are the perfect way to go when trying to start and maintain a workout program. We custom design an integrated "fusion" workout made for you and your needs. The intensity and focus will allow you to work from the inside out creating a strong, lean, and youthful body. Our integrated workouts run approximately 60 minutes and may include disciplines from martial arts, yoga, pilates, kickboxing, sports-conditioning, and dance. We work with all levels of physical fitness from beginners to professional athletes. Prices will vary depending on the location of the participating facilities. In private sessions with parties of 2 or more, the session would fall under group fitness.

 

We also offer private "in-home or on-site" training. Prices vary due to location. These sessions may run anywhere from 1-2 hours depending on the nature of the program. 

Wellness consultation is ideal for the individual who seeks direction in starting, keeping, and maintaining a effective fitness and wellness program. We will educate and guide your through a specialized diet and workout program that are designed specifically for your needs and personality. We believe that above all, learning about what you need and how your nourish yourself inside and out is essential to optimal health. During the consult, we review and execute individual based blue prints to unlocking your full potential. Success always starts with a plan, and we are here to help you do it.
